    Andres Wullaert

    Andres is an accomplished fitness professional with over 14 years of coaching experience, combining a diverse skill set with a passion for helping individuals unlock their full potential. As a certified NASM personal trainer, corrective exercise specialist, and CrossFit Level 1 coach, he brings extensive knowledge to his clients. Additionally, he serves as a World Language teacher and liaison at Branford High School, reflecting his commitment to education and personal development. A United States Army combat veteran who served in Afghanistan during Operation Enduring Freedom, Andres has a deep appreciation for physical and mental strength, which he integrates into his coaching philosophy. He motivates individuals to push their boundaries through challenging workouts that enhance resilience, emphasizing proper technique and exercise execution to build a solid foundation for long-term success. Beyond his professional life, he finds fulfillment in Branford with his wife, Ines, their two children, and three dogs. More than just a coach, Andres is a mentor and motivator, ready to be the trusted partner you need on your journey to health and well-being.

  • Scott Putetti LEVLUP Personal Trainer

    Scott Putetti

    Scott has been a Certified Personal Trainer since 2009, bringing 14 years of experience as a Senior Sports Performance Coach at Integrated Athletic Performance, where he led small group adult fitness training programs and trained athletes from youth to college levels. He specializes in teaching linear acceleration, multidirectional movement, maximum velocity, and transitional running mechanics, and has designed and implemented strength and power development programs for athletes across various age groups. Scott has been part of a team that trained some of the best athletes in Connecticut, including former players at UConn, Boston College, Temple, Merrimack, and other D1, D2, and D3 universities. To broaden his expertise, he became a CrossFit Level 1 and Level 2 Coach, enabling him to share his extensive knowledge and educate clients in all aspects of training.

  • PATTI PERSONAL TRAINER/ INSTRUCTOR AT GYM IN GUILFORD CONNECTICUT

    Patti Ferraro

    Patti is a certified Schwinn Spin Instructor, ACE Group fitness instructor and Ashi CPR/AED & First-Aid instructor.
    Patti graduated with a BS degree in Psychology and has worked with youth with significant trauma, abuse and neglect for the past 35 years. Health and Fitness has always been a significant part of Patti’s life. 
    She was a 3 sport athlete (basketball, softball and volleyball) at North Branford HS and Eastern CT University, winning 2 NCAA National softball championships at Eastern. She has been inducted into 3 hall of fames (North Branford HS, New Haven County and CT Women’s Basketball Hall of Fame). 

    Some other fun facts: Patti hated bike riding as a youth but became an avid cyclist and spinner for the past 23 years. In her free time, Patti enjoys boating, cycling, golfing, playing pickleball and cooking. She enjoys giving back to the community by being an active participant in numerous fundraising events over the years. 

    Patti retired in 2022 and continues her passion for health and fitness classes. She lives in Branford with her wife Donna and fur babies Bosco and Molli.

    Rafael Segura

    I have been on a weight loss journey for over 10 years now. One day, I made the decision to change my life to become a better version of myself. I didn’t want to be part of the 300+ pounds club anymore. I started training around the age of 20, starting with bodybuilding and eventually making my way onto CrossFit in the year of 2015. 

    During my journey, I have learned many different workout techniques and nutritional plans to achieve body styles and weight goals for myself and others. I made the choice to become a coach in 2018, not just to better educate myself, but to share my knowledge with the world. My goal is to help people achieve the goals they have always dreamed of, and also assist them in becoming a better version of themselves.

    Besides training and coaching, I’m a computer tech and possibly one of the biggest nerds you will ever meet. I enjoy anything involving technology, cars, sports, and constantly working on personal defense goals. I am what you call a daredevil and risk taker, always looking

    to have a good time and get the most out of what life has to offer. Catch me jumping out of a plane just for the thrill and a once in a lifetime view.
